Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the product management team to define product metrics, set and own instrumentation across products
  • Track and analyze key business verticals, identify areas of growth, driving goals for business and product owners
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses on user experience and behavior, product and business performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain product and business dashboards and reports to track KPIs and communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Assist in prioritization of product features with data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide clear requirements and specifications for product development
  • Participate in product testing and quality assurance to ensure product functionality


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent, preferably in a technical field.
  • 3+ Years of experience in a data-specific role (product, business, data analysis).
  • Strong data acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (or a similar scripting language).
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to present your analyses in a concise manner, and to drive inter-functional collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with an ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
