The team is passionate, collaborative, and also enjoys a fun, community-focused culture with meals, music, volunteering, and sports.Overview:We’re looking for an Associate Program Implementation Manager to join the Partner Success team supporting global university and industry partners. This person will play a key role in managing the launch of new programs and ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a consulting or client-facing background, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of supporting process improvements across global projects.This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident presenting to executive-level stakeholders. It’s a client-facing, metrics-driven position that demands both strong communication and project ownership from end to end.Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key university and industry partners, ensuring on-time, high-quality program and course launchesSupport full project lifecycle — from planning through implementation and delivery — while tracking KPIs and progress metricsPartner cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Business, Legal, etc.) to align project goalsAnalyze data and performance metrics (via Looker or similar tools) to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencyLead and present program updates to stakeholders and executive audiences with confidence and claritySupport global partners with the flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zonesContribute to internal process optimization and drive continuous improvement initiativesMust Have Qualifications:3–8 years of relevant experience consulting, project/ program management and implementationMUST HAVE STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS in English – both written and verbalMust have client-facing and relationship management ability and approachRequires experience in project managementPrior experience in consulting or implementation roles for global or enterprise clientsHands-on experience using Looker (or similar BI tools) for tracking KPIs and performance metricsExperience with Salesforce, Jira (or similar), and GSuiteBackground in consulting or client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and presentation experienceProven ability to support process improvements and implement new workflowsExperience supporting projects for global organizationsStrong communication and executive presence; confident presenting to internal and external stakeholdersComfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentPreferred Experience:Prior experience in consulting or implementation roles for global or enterprise clientsFamiliarity with project management tools and frameworksExperience in data-driven decision making and partner success enablement
