Executive Assistant Manager JobWe are seeking a results-driven Executive Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in overseeing hotel operations. This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining high service standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving operational success.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager in all operational matters.Assign duties to Heads of Departments (HODs) and monitor performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.Act as the hotel's representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.Monitor guest feedback across platforms and drive the service recovery process.Ensure full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.Maintain accurate records including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.To be successful in this role, you will need:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST), Monday through Saturday.In return, we offer:A competitive salary package.A collaborative and supportive remote work environment.Opportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team.
