Machine Learning Operations RolePrior experience in machine learning operations and data science is required for this position.Key responsibilities include:Deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models on cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.BUILDING and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for machine learning workflows using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.Containerizing and orchestrating workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.Implementing model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow and Prometheus/Grafana.Collaborating with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models for personalization and recommendations.Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, SQL) is essential. Experience with real-time machine learning serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of experiment design, causal inference, and exposure to real-time machine learning serving.Mandatory Skills:Programming skills: Proficient in Python programming language.Machine learning frameworks: Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.Data pipelines: Familiarity with Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and SQL.Cloud platforms: Experience with deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models on AWS or GCP.Nice-to-Have Skills:A/B testing: Experience with A/B testing and its implementation.Real-time machine learning serving: Exposure to real-time machine learning serving.Experiment design: Knowledge of experiment design principles.Causal inference: Understanding of causal inference concepts.
