Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of our cutting-edge real-time call intelligence system.Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and deploy a robust and scalable architecture for our AI-powered call intelligence platform. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our existing systems and infrastructure.You will be responsible for architecting private AI agents or models trained on domain-specific data, building real-time transcription systems for Zoom, Meet, or phone calls, and developing secure mobile call ingestion capabilities.As an expert in AI voice products, you have a strong background in developing and deploying successful solutions that meet the needs of businesses. Your expertise in ASR & Transcription Engines, Language Models, Vector DBs & RAG, Backend Systems, Infra, and Secure mobile call ingestion will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.If you have experience shipping an AI voice product, working in small founding teams, or dealing with mobile OS limitations for live call recording, we would love to hear from you.Required Skills and QualificationsAI/ML Background: Experience in developing and deploying AI-powered voice products, including ASR, Speech Recognition, and Natural Language Processing.Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, S3, and Terraform.Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, Docker, Lambda, and K8s.Mobile App Development: Familiarity with Android/iOS native or VoIP SDKs for secure mobile call ingestion.Data Storage and Management: Knowledge of vector databases, graph-based storage systems, and Relational Databases.BenefitsCompetitive Salary: We offer a market-competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience.Equity: As a founding member of our company, you will receive significant equity ownership.Bonus: Eligible for performance-based revenue share (per transcription milestone).Remote Work: We are a remote-first company with offsites in India and the US.OthersWe value makers not just resumes.
