About this RoleWe are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our client's loyalty and CRM initiatives, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple aspects of marketing automation campaigns.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing automation, particularly in the loyalty and CRM space for B2C industries. You should have experience with tools used for planning, activating, and monitoring campaigns at large scales.Responsibilities:Support the execution of the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Cross-functional coordination across front-end and back-end systems, and with all relevant vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints).Collaboration with marketing and creative teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partnering with the CRM & Loyalty consultant to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns.Timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understanding and leveraging system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launch.Data Analysis and PresentationsUnderstand Data and Insights and Share relevant reports on a timely basis.Conduct data analysis, trending, and reporting as per requirements.RequirementsEngineering graduates only - Preference to graduates from top institutes.Willingness to work during US operational hours.2-4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brands.Prior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if required.Preference to those who are currently residing in US or Canada.Proactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.BenefitsRemote position - Work from anywhere.5-day work week.Medical insurance.
