As a skilled Backend Software Engineer, you'll play a vital role in designing and deploying production-grade services using Python (FastAPI and Flask). Your expertise will be invaluable in architecting high-performance, async FastAPI endpoints for healthcare billing analysis, as well as crafting clear, consistent contracts and strong API design principles. Achieving the Perfect Blend of Backend Expertise and Cloud Computing Our ideal candidate has a solid background in SQL, including schema design, complex queries, indexing, transactions, and query optimization. Experience with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Storage, is also highly desirable. In addition to building data processing pipelines for healthcare EDI files (835, 837), your skills will enable seamless integration with cloud-native solutions, such as Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, and related services. Maintaining System Efficiency and Performance We're looking for someone who's passionate about writing clean, maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage (pytest, etc.). Your keen eye for security best practices and ability to implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2) across services will be essential in maintaining system integrity.
