Job Title: Sales Executive – Weight Loss & HealthcareLocation:Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Weight Loss, Health & WellnessAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in the weight-loss and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fitness, basic knowledge of nutrition/weight management, and the ability to confidently communicate the value of our programs to potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, offering customised solutions, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesActively connect with potential clients through calls, messages, and lead follow-ups.Understand client concerns, fitness goals, and recommend suitable weight-loss programs.Clearly explain program benefits, process, pricing, and expected outcomes.Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.Coordinate with nutritionists, coaches, and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.Build strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.Handle objections professionally and provide accurate information to clients.Maintain punctuality, discipline, and high standards of communication.RequirementsPrior experience in sales or customer-facing roles (healthcare/fitness industry preferred).Basic understanding of fitness, weight-loss, and nutrition concepts.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.Ability to multitask, stay organised, and manage leads efficiently.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and performance-driven.Preferred QualificationsCertification or coursework in fitness, nutrition, or wellness (not mandatory but a plus).Experience in a weight-loss clinic, gym, fitness centre, or healthcare organisation.Knowledge of CRM tools or basic computer proficiency.
