Collaborate with As a Specialty Product Associate within the Trade & Working Capital Operations team, you ensure seamless processing of trade finance transactions. You manage day-to-day operations, monitor compliance, and support team management for global clients. You drive operational excellence and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture.Job Responsibilities:Process and release import LC issuance, export LC advising, confirmation, and document checkingEnsure transactions comply with JPM policies and ICC rules (CP600, ISBP, URR)Complete all assigned transactions with high quality and within agreed SLAMonitor transaction queues and assign work to team membersIdentify and escalate red flags, OFAC issues, AML, and boycott language breachesConduct daily huddles and communicate process updatesCoordinate with global operations partners to manage workflowPlan and manage team leaves and daily volume prioritiesDrive goals set by Trade & Working Capital ManagementCreate an inclusive environment for all employeesShare regular and constructive feedback with direct reportsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Demonstrate at least 1 years of experience in team managementExhibit strong knowledge of URC, UCP, URR, and ISBPApply subject matter expertise in LC issuance, advising, confirmation, and document checkingMonitor queues and prioritize work allocation effectivelyGo above and beyond to ensure timely deliveryUnderstand US regulations and OFAC compliance requirementsCommunicate excellently in oral, written, and presentation formatsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:Manage projects efficiently within trade finance operationsHold CDCS and CITF certificationsCollaborate with global partners and stakeholdersAdapt quickly to changing priorities and volumeLeverage experience in trade settlements and processingFoster a positive and inclusive team cultureUtilize advanced skills in transaction processing and compliance
