You’ll drive brand consistency, engagement, and growth across LinkedIn, email, podcasts, webinars, and our paid/free communities. This is a creator–builder role for someone who loves shaping perception, crafting content, and delivering memorable brand experiences.Key Responsibilities🧩 1) Brand Community LeadershipLead day-to-day engagement in IRMC’s paid community as a core brand touchpoint.Onboard new members with a consistent brand experience.Run programming and retention initiatives that strengthen loyalty and advocacy.🌱 2) Top-of-Funnel Brand Growth (Free Community)Nurture free members with value-led content and conversations.Plan brand-led campaigns that convert free members into paid programs.Maintain warm, personal communication aligned with brand voice.🎙️ 3) Brand Partnerships: Podcast & Guest OutreachIdentify CXOs/founders for collaboration to elevate brand authority.Manage outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups end to end.Maintain a structured tracker and guest database.💼 4) Executive Brand Stewardship (LinkedIn: Lakshit Bhayana)Own the LinkedIn content calendar and narrative arcs.Ensure tone, storytelling, and positioning reinforce mentorship goals.Track performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and brand lift.✉️ 5) Lifecycle & Email BrandingPlan and write nurturing sequences, updates, and announcements.Ensure every email touchpoint reflects IRMC’s brand personality and promise.📱 6) Social Content & Creative CoordinationPlan and coordinate content across IRMC platforms.Collaborate with designers on assets and campaigns.Maintain visual and verbal consistency across all channels.🎨 7) Event & Show Creative (Webinars/Podcast)Develop banners, creatives, and promotional assets.Uphold brand aesthetics and identity across every touchpoint.📊 8) Brand Reporting & InsightsTrack community, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.Maintain dashboards and share weekly insights with clear actions.Analyze trends and recommend strategies to strengthen brand performance.Who You AreA strong communicator who loves storytelling and audience engagement.A creative thinker with excellent writing, coordination, and organization skills.Comfortable with Canva, Notion, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email tools.Passionate about marketing, mentorship, and community building.Reliable, proactive, and excited by an in-office, fast-paced environment.Why Join IRMCWork directly under Lakshit Bhayana’s mentorship.Be part of a mission-driven team chasing ₹100 Cr in job offers.Learn brand-building, content, and communication from the inside.Grow your personal brand while helping others grow theirs.Apply: Email your resume to heart@lakshitbhayana.com
