We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our content and design team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating dynamic visual stories that make global news come alive through explainer animations, social reels, and branded graphics.


Note: This is a remote, full-time position with a monthly salary of 500 USD.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create standout infographic designs that present news and data in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Focus on transforming complex data into simple, innovative, and visually appealing formats.
  • Bring scripts to life by turning raw concepts and storyboards into compelling motion graphics and animations.
  • Design visual cards and headers for breaking news, reports, and special topics for social media platforms.
  • Create explainer animations, social reels, and branded graphics to make news stories more dynamic and shareable.
  • Adhere to the platform's visual identity while ensuring consistency across all designs.
  • Design attractive posts and visuals for platforms such as Instagram and Twitter aligned with modern digital design trends.
  • Enhance images, edit short videos, and add graphic elements to support visual content.
  • Collaborate closely with the editorial and content teams to understand project needs and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Propose creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and increase audience engagement.
  • Deliver designs within agreed timelines and ensure error-free, high-standard output.


Job Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in motion graphics and digital design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing explainer animations, infographics, and social media content.
  • Experience in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to take raw scripts and turn them into compelling, moving visual stories.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex data into clear, engaging visual formats.
  • Knowledge of modern design trends and social media formats.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
