Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Reporting: Compile, review, and submit regulatory reports in accordance with established deadlines and guidelines. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in regulatory reporting by conducting thorough validations and reconciliations.
Regulatory Reporting Analysis: Stay updated with changes in insurance regulations and reporting requirements, and ensure timely implementation of any necessary changes.
Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, risk
management, and legal departments, to gather necessary data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Process Enhancement: Analyze complex insurance data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in regulatory reporting processes.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of regulatory reporting processes, procedures, and controls.
Audit and Examination Support: Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities and assist in regulatory examinations or audits as needed.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on regulatory reporting matters.
Participate in special projects or initiatives related to regulatory compliance and reporting as assigned including but not limited to Integration and automations.
Continuously evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the regulatory reporting process. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved data quality.
Audit and Examination Support: Facilitate and support internal and external audits, examinations, and inspections related to regulatory reporting compliance.
Conduct periodic assessments to identify potential compliance risks and gaps in regulatory reporting. Develop and implement corrective action plans to mitigate identified risks.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor‘s degree in law, company secretary, finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in regulatory compliance reporting within the financial sector.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong data management skills, including proficiency in data validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data reporting and visualization tools.
Effective communication skills to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
