About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis & HANA Consultant to provide application support for our client's business team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Client’s application landscape and will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal application performance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating user issue resolution.

SAP Basis Application Support:
Be the SAP Basis point of contact of Client IT leads and End users
Should be capable to act as Basis Team Lead
Plan the shift, manage junior team members
Setup and Drive P1 and P2 calls
Meet defined SLAs by providing hands on support and technical leadership for incidents
Good at finding RCA for Linux, Oracle and HANA based environments.
Resolve issues by analyzing system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces and system traces etc.
Should be able to coordinate with Linux and Oracle Admins team
Should be able manage HANA administration independently
There is liveCache in the landscape, so he should be able to handle MaxDB administration independently
In addition to SAP Basis Administration mentioned above as a module; …..liveCache, SLT, Redwood(RunMyJob) and Portal administration is complete responsibility of Basis team
Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.
Perform SAP system administration providing insight needed to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance
Evaluate SAP Early Watch/Service Level reports and develop an action plan to address the gaps on an ongoing basis.
Install, configure, and maintain all SAP system Basis components and add-ons
Perform SAP & HANA upgrades and Support Package Stacks
Working knowledge with System Copy and Client Administration.
Document processes for future reference.
