Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to create and implement innovative campaigns across digital channels, driving user growth, traffic, and engagement.Create and optimize campaigns on AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax), YouTube, and other platforms.Perform A/B testing and ROI optimization to maximize returns.Implement programmatic advertising strategies and explore new media opportunities.Collaborate with the content team to provide data-driven insights and optimize campaign performance.Develop engaging ad copy and test its effectiveness.Set up and optimize Google Analytics goals and tracking pixels for accurate reporting.Analyze metrics and provide in-depth reporting and data analysis.Requirements:At least 1-year experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid advertising.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking software.Understanding of marketing automation concepts, including tools, scripts, APIs, and dynamic/triggered campaigns.Experience with remarketing/retargeting campaigns and display advertising.We're looking for a fast learner who is eager to invest time in topics like paid advertising and web development.
