We are 7 partners and having approx. 50 staff. we are practicing in the following professional areas:- Audit and Assurance: Statutory Audits of NBFCs, Housing Finance Company, Insurance Companies & Re-Insurance India Branch of foreign companies, Financials Services, Stock Brokers, PMS, Manufacturing & Trading Companies, Alternative Investment Funds (AIF),Tax Audits, Bank Audits, Transfer Pricing Audits etc. - Direct Taxation including Tax Planning, preparation of Income Tax computation and filing of ITR, Scrutiny Assessment, Appeal matters for Individual, LLP, Corporates, AIF Funds - Indirect Taxation: GST Advisory and all compliances including filing of GST Returns and GST Reconciliation - Advisory services: Business Consultancy, Project Finance, FEMA, SEBI etc. - Special Engagement: Public Issue of QIP, IPO, NCD, InVITs etc. Due Diligence, Merger & Amalgamation etc. - International Taxation: Advisory, ITR filings and other compliances for HNI Non-Residents and Foreign Portfolios Investors (FPI) - Company Law Matters: Formation of Company, Company Law Advisory and Regulatory Compliances of Companies Act, 2013 (ROC/MCA matters)We have vacancies for Article trainee.
