Whether they aim to shed fat, build muscle, or achieve peak physical performance, your expertise will be instrumental in helping them reach their goals.Conduct thorough fitness assessments and consultations to gain a deep understanding of each client's goals, body type, and training background.Create customized workout programs that align with our holistic training philosophy and transformation frameworks, ensuring a comprehensive approach to wellness.Provide one-on-one online coaching and regular progress reviews, offering valuable feedback and support to help clients stay motivated and on track.Share engaging workout videos, voice notes, and feedback to empower clients to train safely and effectively, both in and out of the gym.Analyze data from progress pictures, check-ins, and performance logs to refine programs and maximize results.Collaborate closely with our nutritionists, mentors, and client relationship team to ensure seamless program delivery and outstanding client outcomes.Requirements:Certification from ACE, NASM, NSCA, or an equivalent recognized body.Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, or transformation coach.Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Sports Science (preferred).Strong grasp of strength training, fat loss programming, and biomechanics principles.Excellent communication and empathy skills – ability to motivate and inspire clients, not just instruct.Reliable laptop, internet connection, and proficiency with Google Workspace & video tools.
