Job Description:This role leads a high-performing procurement team within Dentsu Global Services, driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and best-in-class procurement practices. The Procurement Manager will oversee strategic sourcing, third-party vendor governance, and contract management to deliver measurable value across regional and global operations. A key focus of the role is achieving deflation across all procurement spend categories while ensuring compliance and risk mitigationJob Description Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Strategy & ExecutionOwn end-to-end procurement for all categories such as marketing services, IT, professional services, Marketing, L&D, Hiring, facilities, and travelLead supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance improvement initiativesCentralization of all procurement function across DGS.Third-Party Vendor Management & ComplianceDevelop and maintain strong relationships with strategic third-party vendorsEnsure vendor compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ethical standardsCollaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to monitor and mitigate third-party risksSpend Deflation & Cost OptimizationDrive deflation across all indirect spend categories through strategic sourcing and value engineeringIdentify cost-saving opportunities and implement sustainable procurement strategiesTrack and report on savings performance and procurement KPIsContract & Risk ManagementManage high-risk, high-value, and complex contractsConduct supplier reviews to identify and mitigate risksProcess Excellence & Digital EnablementChampion strategic sourcing using e-sourcing tools and category management techniquesDrive supplier relationship management to unlock operational and cost efficienciesLead process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement effectivenessCross-Functional CollaborationBuild and lead cross-functional teams to deliver sourcing projectsServe as the escalation point for procurement-related issuesStakeholder Engagement & InfluenceBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business goalsInfluence executive-level stakeholders to secure buy-in and supportValue Creation & InnovationThink strategically about indirect spend categories to identify value opportunitiesLead high-impact procurement projects that support sustainability and long-term growthLocation:DGS India - Bengaluru - Manyata N1 BlockBrand:DentsuTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Consultant
