About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure DevOps Engineer with over 12 years of experience in DevOps, including a minimum of 5 years focused on Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in automating infrastructure, managing security controls, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines in Azure, ensuring efficient and scalable deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform , ARM templates , or similar IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) tools.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps , Jenkins , GitLab , or GitHub Actions to support application deployment and infrastructure management.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate and optimize Kubernetes for containerized workloads, ensuring security best practices are followed.
Design, implement, and enforce security controls such as identity management, encryption, logging, and access management within Azure.
Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell , Bash , or Python to automate tasks and streamline processes.
Work closely with the security team to ensure Azure security best practices are adhered to, focusing on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Leverage monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus , Grafana , and ELK Stack to ensure high system availability and proactive issue detection.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, and environment issues in Azure environments.
Mentor and guide junior DevOps team members in best practices and advanced DevOps techniques.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years focused on Azure .
Strong understanding of Azure cloud services , including security tools and best practices .
Extensive experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform , ARM templates , or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools : Azure DevOps , Jenkins , GitLab , GitHub Actions .
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell , Bash , or Python .
In-depth knowledge of security controls : identity management, encryption, logging in Azure environments.
Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized security in Azure.
Familiarity with monitoring tools: Prometheus , Grafana , ELK Stack .
Certifications in Azure (e.g., Azure Security Engineer ) or security-related fields (e.g., DevSecOps Professional ).
