About Our InitiativeWe aim to strengthen the public education system and foster values-based learning environments in schools.Position OverviewWe will be collaborating with the government for a state-wide implementation of our flagship program. The successful candidate will undertake the training of teachers, resource persons, and government officials at the district level.Spearhead the development of capacity building programs, content creation, case studies, and training modules in consultation with our team.Conduct comprehensive training sessions for educators and other stakeholders.Maintain records of capacity building activities, handholding visits, and document lessons learned.Analyze and finalize region-specific capacity building needs in collaboration with our head.Visit project schools regularly to conduct classroom observations, understand teacher challenges, and provide support.Identify and document best practices and case studies in collaboration with our program team.Support our monitoring and evaluation team in collecting qualitative data as needed.Publish regular reports on progress towards achieving planned objectives within specified timeframes.
