We strive to build a fair environment for each of us where all people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities or other personal characteristics.Tasks & Responsibilities:Implementing end-to-end GenAI powered RAG & multi-agent systemsProviding guidance on system architecture & componentsBuilding TTD system components: LLM AgentsLLM Agents setup & prompt engineering / prompting strategiesRoutingState managementVector stores and context providingRerankersValidation and assessment rulesSupporting project delivery:Running end-to-end initiative (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)Analyzing and interpreting the findingsDelivering high quality technical solution to customersDrawing conclusions and recommendations including expected benefitsRequirements:Familiarity with theory behind various deep learning conceptsExperience with Machine Learning ML especially in Generative AI LLM/LMM area with focus on Natural Language Processing NLP or multimodal modelsExperience with business requirements gathering transforming them into technical plan data processing feature engineering models evaluation hypothesis testing and model deploymentFluency in Python object programming working knowledge of SQL and vector databaseSolid experience with Databricks is a mustKnowledge of specific Deep Learning and GenAI libraries like NumPy PyTorch HuggingFace LangChain LangGraph and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini/ClaudeNice to Have:Experience in working with Azure or GCP will be a plusCommercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision will be a big plusGeneral Requirements:Experience with microservice architecturesExperience with code repositories and code assistantsStrong business acumenAbility to come up with creative solutions to address customer problemsAbility to lead juniors in project teamsWe welcome diverse candidates who can contribute positively to our team's growth.
