Our semiconductor foundry is a greenfield venture with expertise in manufacturing precision components.It is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.This semiconductor facility operates across diverse geographies, serving global clients across six continents.Integration responsibilities include adding eNVM (embedded Non Volatile Memory) Features to 28-110nm platform technologies including MTP and Flash. This involves collaborating with IP providers, as needed, to implement these features.Design and Layout of test chips aid in device/technology optimization, reliability assessment and SPICE model extractionEnd-to-end project management from initial project justification to final qualification and yield ramp involves achieving desired performance, quality/yield, schedule and cost targets.Leading cross-functional teams across diverse geographies drives innovation and collaboration.Strong customer relationships are built on trust and confidence in technical capabilities.Competitor benchmarking owns technology roadmap.Presentations to internal and customer senior executives showcase expertise.Involvement in OTP development may be required.Frequent travel occurs.Ability to manage, mentor, and lead highly motivated professionals is essential.A self-motivated professional can work independently while adapting their style to suit diverse global norms.Collaboration and leadership skills are crucial for influencing all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate is inclusive, adaptable and possesses excellent communication skills.An avid learner approaches challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding.Collaborative leaders build relationships, humbly offering support and openly welcoming approaches.Innovative thinkers proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent is preferred.Strong understanding of CMOS and eNVM device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques is necessary.Deep knowledge of key eNVM technologies, including charge trap, floating gate, RRAM, MRAM, is essential.Understanding of technology parameters and figures of merit, including bit cell size, macro size, endurance, retention, power, latency, mask count, etc., experience in achieving competitive performance is vital.Proven track record in delivering these technologies into volume manufacturing is required.Leadership skills and ability to work across different cultures and geographies are important.Good team player and innovation mindset are essential.At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.Proven problem-solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools are required.
