Job TitleElectronic Data Interchange Specialist: Responsible for configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting EDI solutions using IBM Sterling to support seamless electronic data interchange with business partners.Order Management Integration Expert: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI with Order Management Systems (OMS) ensuring efficient order processing, inventory management and fulfilment.EDI Process Manager: Manages and supports EDI mapping, translation and communication processes with trading partners.Customer Onboarding Coordinator: Works with customers and external partners to onboard, test and maintain EDI connections.Issue Resolver: Monitors and resolves EDI-related issues including transmission errors, mapping discrepancies and communication failures.Root Cause Analyst: Conducts root cause analysis of EDI failures and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Compliance and Documentation Specialist: Ensures compliance with industry standards and company-specific EDI requirements. Prepares and maintains detailed technical documentation including EDI mapping specifications, system configurations and workflows.IT Liaison: Collaborates with IT teams to support system upgrades patches and integration efforts as needed.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field or equivalent experience.IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway Experience: Proven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File Gateway.EDI Standards Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 EDIFACT and industry-specific transaction sets.Order Management Systems Integration Expertise: Hands-on experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and their integration with EDI processes.EDI Mapping and Document Translation Expertise: Strong understanding of EDI mapping document translation and communication protocols.Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex EDI issues across multiple platforms.Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external partners.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
