Drive Business Outcomes with Advanced AnalyticsWe are seeking an expert in advanced analytics to lead the development of machine learning models for demand planning and forecasting processes across multiple regions.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, combined with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional global teams.About this Role:You will be responsible for building and improving ML data models for demand planning and forecasting globally, ensuring accuracy and consistency within 2 main platforms (SAP IBP and o9).Key responsibilities include understanding and capturing multi-regional business needs to design scalable forecasting solutions, providing data-driven insights to improve forecast accuracy, reducing bias, and optimizing inventory planning.Additionally, you will establish and monitor KPIs for forecasting performance, collaborate with regional teams to standardize forecasting practices, promote best practices, and support automation and touchless opportunities in demand planning processes using data science and analytics techniques.Conduct root cause analysis for forecast deviations, implement corrective actions, and communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels to drive decisions and actions.Your Skills and Qualifications:MSc/PhD in Data Science or related field with at least 3 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment.Strong programming skills in Python/R with expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow/Keras) and statistics libraries (e.g. NumPy/Pandas).Proven track record of developing and deploying predictive models that drive business outcomes, including demand planning and forecasting.Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).Benefits:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The chance to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.
