Job Title: Senior MIS Executive / Assistant Manager

Location: Bhiwandi/ Ville Prale

Department: Management Information Systems (MIS)

Reports To: Department Manager/ HOD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MIS Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytical skills exceptional managerial capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of MIS processes. This role will be crucial in enhancing our data management and reporting systems ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our information systems and leading a team of MIS professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Management:

Develop implement and maintain effective MIS systems and processes.

Oversee the collection analysis and reporting of data to support business decisionmaking.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and systems.

Data Analysis:

Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Create and manage dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Use statistical methods and tools to interpret data and identify trends.

Managerial Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of MIS professionals providing guidance and support.

Conduct performance reviews provide feedback and facilitate professional development for team members.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure the alignment of MIS activities with overall business objectives.

System Improvement:

Identify areas for system enhancements and lead projects to implement improvements.

Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company s MIS processes are cuttingedge.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.

Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive information.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Respond to adhoc reporting requests and provide accurate and timely information as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in information systems Data Analytics Business Administration or a related field. Master s degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in MIS data analysis or a related field. At least 2 years in a managerial role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Python R Excel Power BI Tableau).

Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing.

Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

Managerial Skills:

Proven experience in team leadership and project management.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
