Compliance Finance SpecialistLocation: GIFT City, GandhinagarYears of experience - 3 About the RoleWe seek a dynamic professional to lead compliance and manage finance functions for our Fund operations in GIFT City. This is a dual-role position involving regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI and full-spectrum finance & accounts management.Key Responsibilities:Act as designated Compliance Officer in line with IFSCA guidelines.Establish and implement Fund's Compliance and Risk Management Framework, including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees and act as primary compliance liaison.Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings (GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.Requirements:Professional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post-qualification experience in compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator.Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ compliances and Indian tax laws.Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a prestigious organization.Chance to develop expertise in compliance and finance functions.Work-life balance.
