JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Given their senior software development background, these individuals are anticipated to rapidly become domain experts from a software perspective.
  • Develop specialized knowledge of the existing 5G Baseband Software architecture.
  • Provide guidance to teams regarding intricate design issues.
  • Conceive various strategies to enhance the current architecture.
  • Work closely with other domain specialists.


SKILLS:

  • Senior developers and architects should possess a deep understanding of various software architecture principles.
  • Additionally, they should have substantial knowledge of RAN domains, specifically Layer 1 and Layer 2.
  • Experience in feasibility studies and simulation of L1/PHY related features or Packet Scheduler algorithms.
  • Highly skilled in software design, C programming, and C++ programming on General Purpose Processors (GPP).
  • Strong understanding of 3GPP radio access standardization of LTE & NR, ORAN split architecture (preferably Radio protocols), including algorithms and protocols.
  • Experience in feasibility studies and simulation of L1/PHY related features or Packet Scheduler algorithms.
