**Job Overview:**We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Professional to join our team. As a key member of our data engineering group, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data systems.The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud-based solutions, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and be proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript. You should also have strong knowledge of data governance principles and be able to communicate complex technical information to both business and technical stakeholders.In this role, you will work closely with our IT experts to resolve data issues, partner with the data stewardship team to ensure robust data maintenance capabilities, and monitor key performance indicators of our Customer Data Hub solution. You will also be responsible for delivering and supporting cloud-based solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Ongoing support activities and project efforts as neededTriage issues across Account source platforms, integrations, and Customer Data HubAnalyze API messages as part of platform supportInitial data loads and data cleanup in Customer Data Hub with Postman, Python, SQL, Big Query SQL, and DatadogData extracts supporting analysis activities in Google Big QueryPartner with IT experts to resolve data issuesUser maintenance and setup activitiesPartnership with data stewardship team for robust data maintenance capabilitiesMonitor key performance indicators of CDH solution for data quality and policiesAnalyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and ExcelRequirements:Active experience in master data management applications, including data extract tools, user maintenance, data analysis, and system configurationGoogle Big Query, Data Dog, Postman, and Tableau experienceDelivering and supporting cloud-based solutions proficiencyFundamental knowledge of REST API integration and JSONIntegrations technology exposure, such as Kafka, messaging buses, and brokersScripting languages like Java, JavaScript experienceData governance fundamental understandingTechnical discussion leadership with customers/business usersStrong communication skills at business and technical levelAgile methodologies like Scrum experienceData lakes, ETL, analytics familiarityExperience in health sciences a plus
