We are seeking an experienced Senior / Staff Data Engineer (Agentic AI Engineer) to build and deploy our AI/ML, Gen AI and agentic AI initiatives, with a focus on building pipelines, evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps.

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to carry out design, and scalable implementation of autonomous AI systems. This role demands an individual with strong programming and debugging skills, good software development experience, deep expertise in cutting-edge AI models, architectures, and a strong commitment to responsible AI practices. You will help build autonomous systems that reason, plan, and act - delivering scalable, intelligent solutions for real-world impact.

Required qualifications and technical expertise:

• Total experience 9 years plus in software development.
• Must have experience with Agentic AI
• 3+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, Gen AI
• Experience of UI/UX implementation with React
• Experience of building autonomous/agentic AI systems (e.g., multi-agent frameworks, self-optimizing systems, or LLM-driven decision engines).
• Extensive hands-on experience with autonomous AI tools and frameworks: LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, or architecting custom agentic frameworks.
• Expertise with cloud platforms for AI architecture, including AWS Bedrock and AWS SageMaker, with a thorough knowledge of their AI service offerings.
• Strong expertise with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral)
• Proven experience with LLMOps/MLOps pipelines (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and designing scalable deployment strategies for AI agents in production environments.
• Orchestrator & Automation: Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow, Terraform.
• Expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Push proofs of concept to production-grade systems handling performance metrics, latency, and scale.
• Building predictive and prescriptive AI/ML models and domain-specific AI models for full construction lifecycle
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
