Senior Associate Credit OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Credit to strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in credit analysis, with a proven track record of success in underwriting, credit memos, and transaction execution.Key Responsibilities:Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit reports for transactions.Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets to ensure seamless deal execution.Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.Identify and assess risks, providing recommendations to mitigate them effectively.Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.Maintain attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.Qualifications & Skills:7-8 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with financial institutions or lenders.Prior experience in investor relations is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in credit fundamentals.Excellent writing skills, with ability to prepare professional reports and memos.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Experience with real estate debt is highly valued. Strong financial modeling skills.Able to work independently, with effective collaboration with global teams.
