AI/ML Specialist PositionThis role requires expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of generative AI, including transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases.Responsibilities:Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making within Salesforce CRM.Enhance Salesforce applications using native AI capabilities (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS ML services).Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and LLMs for contextual understanding inside Salesforce workflows.Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI/ML model accuracy, performance, and user experience through continuous feedback loops.Extend Salesforce functionality with Apex (Triggers/Classes), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Framework, Visualforce Pages, web services, and Apex APIs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline.5–7 years of experience in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation.Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks).Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Azure/AWS AI services.Knowledge of MLOps practices for monitoring, versioning, and deployment.
