Job Position: CRM Business & Process Optimization Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned CRM expert to optimize our business processes and ensure seamless data management. As a CRM Business & Process Optimization Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, enhancing its functionality to better support global sales and customer processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize end-to-end CRM processes across sales, customer onboarding, and account management to ensure efficiency and productivity.Identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities in daily CRM usage and translate business requirements into clear CRM enhancements or configuration changes.Collaborate with IT teams (internal and external partners) to implement improvements, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security.Support and train users in CRM best practices, dashboards, and reporting to foster collaboration and ensure consistent data entry and process adherence across teams.Monitor and improve CRM data quality and consistency (accounts, contacts, opportunities), integrating and aligning CRM data with SAP, SharePoint, and other systems.Create dashboards and reports (Power BI) to visualize pipeline, activity, and performance data, helping stakeholders interpret data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.Qualifications & SkillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, process understanding, and user support)Strong analytical mindset with a passion for simplifying and improving workflowsExcellent communication skills and ability to bridge between business and ITDegree in Engineering, Business Informatics, or related disciplineFluent in English (written and spoken)Why You Should Join UsYou will be part of a collaborative and ambitious team bringing real impact through digital innovation while staying grounded in craftsmanship, quality, and care.We offer a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
