Program Coordinator Job OverviewThe role of Program Coordinator involves creating and driving programs and processes that help find, hire, and develop top talent in the industry.Meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problemsProvide support and collaborate with onshore partners and clientsCoordinate and facilitate all employee on-boarding activitiesAudit quality of work according to established metrics, goals, and expected performance levels for all team membersIdentify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficienciesAct as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and provide recommended next stepsCollaborate on special projectsCommunicate process/project plans and timelinesMonitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metMaintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesAct as backup to manager in communicating with client and team membersKey Responsibilities:Ensure timely delivery of projects and tasksDevelop and implement effective strategies to drive business resultsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersContinuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivityRequirements:Strong customer focus and customer service skillsDegree holder with at least 4 years experience in staffing or MSP account managementAt least 2 years of experience managing a team of 20 team members and excellent stakeholder managementFamiliarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutionsExcellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsExperience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actionsStrong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision makingPossess strong interpersonal skills and ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory, and business dataTrack record of high achievementDemonstrated success working on teamsExperience describing and documenting specific requirementsSuperior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skillsAbility to take direction and execute a planMust be detail oriented with concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
