Dynamics Consultant OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Technical Consultant. The successful candidate will provide application support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.Troubleshoot issues related to Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.Support and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and Dataverse.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE, including plugins, JavaScripts, web services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.Manage system upgrades, wave updates, and patch deployments to ensure operational continuity and minimal disruption.Solution lifecycle management, including DevOps and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Dynamics 365 CE solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality results.
