About Frontend EngineeringWe are looking for a talented senior software engineer to join our growing frontend team.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Web Applications: Create highly responsive and interactive web applications that meet user expectations.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.Owning End-to-End Delivery: Own the delivery process - from technical design to deployment and monitoring.Optimize for Performance and Accessibility: Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility.Maintain Clean Code: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools.Proactively Identify and Resolve Issues: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them efficiently.Mentor Junior Engineers: Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.Requirements:Frontend Development Experience: 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems.State Management Tools: Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil.Web Performance Knowledge: Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices.Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms.Familiarity with APIs and Build Tools: Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.Testing Experience: Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).Good UX/UI Sense: A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail.
