Video Production Creative Director

Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our video production team in creating engaging educational content.Oversee the development of AI-generated educational videos aligned with learning objectives.Manage a team of AI video artists, animators, and editors to deliver high-quality education videos for university-level courses.Collaborate with subject experts and educators to ensure animations effectively communicate key concepts and meet learning goals.Maintain organized workflows, coordinate timelines, and manage asset libraries to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.Requirements:A Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.5+ years of experience in video production, motion graphics, or creative direction, including leadership of design or video teams.Excellent English communication skills.Advanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with generative AI video tools.Demonstrated expertise in conceptual storytelling and the ability to translate objectives into engaging narratives.Understanding of video storytelling fundamentals: composition, pacing, color theory, and narrative flow.Solid skills in compositing, color theory, and color correction to ensure visual coherence and high production value.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organized file structures.Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools.Curiosity and willingness to learn, experiment, and adopt AI tools where they can enhance efficiency and creativity.
