Specialist Physician OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Specialist Physician to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.About the Role:Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments, manage patient care plans, diagnose and treat complex conditions.Treatment and Procedures: Prescribe medication, perform procedures and surgeries related to the specialty.Collaboration and Consultation: Liaise with other medical specialists and departments to ensure holistic patient care.Documentation: Accurately document clinical information in compliance with legal requirements.Quality Improvement and Research: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits and research activities.Supervision and Education: Provide instruction and supervision to junior medical staff.Communication: Communicate clinical information to patients and their families.Required Skills and Qualifications:Education: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical school.Post-Graduate Training: Completion of a structured clinical residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialization.Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience post-specialization.Licensing: Valid Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi license or eligibility letter to practice in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous medical education.Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
