You'll be responsible for prototyping, evaluating, and optimizing AI agents that integrate seamlessly with complex technical workflows.Responsibilities:Collaborate with state-of-the-art LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to evaluate, tune, and optimize their performanceFine-tune LLMs on domain-specific datasets to improve accuracy and efficiencyDesign and implement components of agentic AI systems, including planning, tool-use, and multi-step reasoningDevelop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector stores, and structured retrieval to drive meaningful insightsContribute to ML experiments using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow to drive innovationWork on cloud platforms (AWS or Oracle Cloud) to deploy models, store data, and scale compute resources efficientlyBenchmark, analyze errors, and iterate on AI systems to ensure optimal performanceQualifications:A strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning principlesAn understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases to drive meaningful insightsFamiliarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agent frameworks to design efficient systemsSolid Python programming skills and the ability to write clean, modular code
