Key responsibilities include researching and evaluating AI tools, leveraging solutions for product development, staying current on market trends, and implementing AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and operational strategies.Research and evaluate current and emerging AI tools to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.Leverage AI solutions for product development and enhancement.Stay current on market trends, emerging AI capabilities, and competitive advancements.Lead and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, boost business decisions, and strengthen operational strategies.Analyze business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI solutions can create measurable impact.Work with teams to design and prototype AI-enabled workflows, process automations, and productivity enhancements.Monitor AI performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions to improve effectiveness and business value.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any field (Master's degree preferred).Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI to improve business processes and optimize productivity.Experience in the immigration industry highly desired.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.Strong technical skills to assist with the implementation and use of AI solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of ownership.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Self-motivated, curious, and excited to learn new technologies.
