Act as the spokesperson for the school, building strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the local community. Academic Excellence: Ensure the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and oversee its delivery at all levels of schooling. Monitor teaching and learning processes to ensure high academic standards and student performance. Regularly evaluate and improve instructional practices, ensuring they are aligned with modern pedagogical trends. Foster a culture of continuous professional development for faculty, ensuring teachers stay up-to-date with curriculum changes and educational best practices. Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure optimal performance.
