Responsibilities:


- Manage and maintain Oracle RAC databases, ensuring high availability and performance

- Upgradation ,installation and migration of Oracle RAC database.

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate replication environments for real-time data integration and synchronization

- Configure and troubleshoot SharePlex replication and data integration

- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize database configuration

- Troubleshoot complex database issues, including data corruption and performance degradation

- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement database solutions

- Develop and maintain database documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical guides

- Ensure database security, backups, and recovery procedures are in place and up-to-date


Oracle GoldenGate Requirements:


- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate replication environments

- Configure and troubleshoot GoldenGate processes (Extract, Pump, Replicat)

- Experience with GoldenGate features (bi-directional replication, conflict resolution, data transformation, trail management)

- Strong understanding of GoldenGate architecture and components

- Ability to troubleshoot GoldenGate issues (data inconsistencies, replication lag)


SharePlex Requirements:


- Design, implement, and maintain SharePlex replication and data integration environments

- Configure and troubleshoot SharePlex components (Capture, Read, Apply)

- Experience with SharePlex features (real-time data replication, data transformation, conflict resolution, support for multiple target databases)

- Strong understanding of SharePlex architecture and components

- Ability to troubleshoot SharePlex issues (data inconsistencies, replication errors)


Additional Requirements:


- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator

- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, Oracle GoldenGate, and SharePlex

- Proficiency in Oracle database design, development, and performance tuning

- Experience with database troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving

- Strong understanding of database security, backups, and recovery procedures

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
