Senior Programmer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our global R codebase development and maintenance team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using R.This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of R programming, data visualization techniques, and clinical trial data standards such as CDISC ADaM and SDTM.In this position, you will work closely with other team members to understand project requirements and develop solutions that meet these needs. You will also contribute to process improvements and help establish programming standards using R.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain global R codebase for generating CDISC ADaM datasets and tables, listings, and figures in accordance with clinical trial data requirementsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement project-specific data needsProvide technical expertise and support for data analysis and reporting tasksPerform quality control and validation of outputs to ensure accuracy and consistencyRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science)Minimum of 3 years of experience in R programming including familiarity with R packages (e.g., Tidyverse, ggplot2, survival)Clinical Trial Data Expertise:Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools in RExperience with clinical trial data and familiarity with CDISC ADaM and SDTM standardsBenefitsThis is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and collaborate with talented professionals in the field.
