Job DescriptionAjnaLens is seeking a skilled professional to manage intellectual property portfolios, support contract review, conduct legal research, and ensure seamless legal operations across the organisation.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing IP filings, docketing, and working with Indian and international IP systems. They should understand commercial contracts and be able to coordinate with attorneys, external counsels, and international IP offices.Top daily tasks include preparing, filing, and tracking patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights for India and international jurisdictions.Maintaining and updating the IP docketing system, ensuring timely filings, renewals, and prosecution deadlines are crucial responsibilities of this role.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong understanding of IP filing systemsAbility to review contractsExcellent drafting, proofreading, research, and documentation skillsStrong organisational abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, file, and track patents, trademarks, designs, and copyrights for India and international jurisdictionsMaintain and update the IP docketing systemEnsure timely filings, renewals, and prosecution deadlinesThis role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
