Job Overview:

The Compliance Analyst will be responsible to ensure that the organization adheres to relevant information security standards, regulations, and best practices. The role will also assess different compliance standards and help the organisational policies align with the requirements. Additionally, Analyst will play a crucial role in managing audits, reporting, and supporting efforts to mitigate security risks. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams towards enabling secure and compliant systems, ensuring data privacy and protection across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and Periodic Revision of company policies and procedures to align with different compliance standards.
  • Update policies based on the changes in compliance standards.
  • Collaborate and provide compliance requirements to Development and UI/UX team to enable development and enhancement of Compliance Product.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of Compliance Service Offerings.
  • Perform Internal audits across all the business locations in scope to assess compliance with implemented policies and Compliance Requirements.
  • Prepare audit reports detailing gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of all policies, compliance activities, and audit findings.
  • Support the Compliance Manager in Risk assessments and recommend necessary adjustments to policies.
  • Participate in compliance training sessions to educate employees on new policies and procedures.
  • Create Project Plan and coordinate external audits across all the business locations.
  • Track and Report on compliance metrics to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or audit-related role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Right Attitude with willingness for continuous learning.

Required Skills (Essential):

  • ISO 27001 - Experience in Implementation or Internal Audits
  • SOC 2 - Experience in Implementation or Internal Audits

Required Skills (Desirable):

  • HIPPAA - Experience in Implementation or Internal Audits
  • GDPR - Experience in Implementation or Internal Audits
  • DPDP – Exposure to the concepts of DPDP
