Machine Learning Infrastructure Specialist

Role Overview:We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development of our open-source observability platform. As a Machine Learning Observability Platform Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and enhancing large-scale, reliable ML systems.You will build and maintain AI/ML features within an open-source platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SREs, service owners, and observability SMEs, to ensure scalable and reliable ML model deployment.Design and manage data pipelines using Databricks and related tools.Implement CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model deployment and testing.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud-based platforms.Set up and integrate monitoring servers and connect tools across observability systems.Establish standards for prompt engineering and develop custom integrations between systems.Troubleshoot ML system performance and reliability using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.Key Responsibilities:Built strong proficiency in AI/ML feature development.Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure.Strong understanding of data pipeline management.Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Experience with CI/CD and MLOps practices.Knowledge of monitoring tools and OpenTelemetry pipelines.About Us:Our organization is committed to delivering innovative solutions that empower businesses to make informed decisions.
