Business Analyst Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in defining business requirements, mapping processes, and delivering solutions that drive business value.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic solutions.Map business processes to SAP processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.Design and implement data analytics, reporting, and AI-based insights to inform business decisions.Develop detailed presentations and process flows to communicate complex information effectively.Support SAP ERP processes across multiple modules, including SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, and S/4HANA.Apply data modeling concepts and work with SQL queries to extract valuable insights from data.Ensure timely delivery of solution components and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Work in Agile environments, adhering to Scrum, Lean, Kanban, and XP principles to deliver high-quality results.Demonstrate strong business acumen and provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Manufacturing domain.Hands-on exposure to SAP ERP modules: SD, MM, P2P, FICO, FI, and additional experience with S/4HANA, ARIBA, CFIN.Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Proven experience delivering solution design, documentation, and implementation support.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
