Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive the successful delivery of AI projects that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI and Generative AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models, ensuring they meet the desired accuracy and efficiency levels.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies and incorporate them into project planning and execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing AI and Generative AI projects.
- Strong knowledge of AI techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or C++, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-experts.
- A track record of staying current with the latest advancements in AI and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Dask, or Ray.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an AI-focused team.
