Finance manager is expected to strategize, plan, and make informed decisions regarding site accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and risk management. Should have a deep understanding of finance, accounting concepts and compliance regulations. Financial manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Giant Eagle India’s sound financial health and minimize risks.Job DescriptionEnsures business processes, administration, and financial management.Maintains accurate accounting system.Reviews and processes payments for GE India site.Ensures all compliance requirements are strictly followed and all necessary filings to different authorities are done well before deadlinesEnsures financial prudence is maintainedLeads planning and budgeting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.Reviews financial reports.Reviews account reconciliations and compliance dashboard.Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance.Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.Assists management to make financial decisions.Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.Additional Job Description5+ years' experience in a financial managerial position with a proven record of successSound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analysesResults oriented and metrics drivenExceptional time management and able to solve problemsExceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levelsAbility to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependabilityProfessional written and oral communication skillsStrategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to collaborate with top management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goalsAdvanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting softwareBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CA preferred)
