Job Title: Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer VisionLocation: Bangalore ( Immediate Joiner)Experience: 4+ YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Technical Manager – Gen AI & Computer Vision with hands-on expertise in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI (LLMs, GPT, Diffusion Models).The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end AI solution development — from research to deployment — using cutting-edge frameworks and tools for real-world applications.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a small AI engineering team focused on Computer Vision and Gen AI projects.- Design, develop, and optimize AI models for object detection, image segmentation, OCR, and video analytics.- Work on LLM-based solutions (prompt engineering, API integration, multimodal AI).- Drive innovation using synthetic data generation, GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.- Deploy AI models on edge devices (Jetson, Raspberry Pi) and in cloud environments.- Collaborate with product, research, and customer teams to convert POCs into deployable solutions.- Maintain high performance, scalability, and accuracy standards across all models.Required Skills- Strong programming in Python- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Keras- Experience with YOLOv5/v8, UNet, ResNet, 3D CNNs, OCR frameworks (CRAFT, PaddleOCR, EasyOCR)- Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs)- Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, Streamlit, and edge optimization (TensorRT, OpenVINO)- Good understanding of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines- Excellent problem-solving, research, and innovation mindset
