Web Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team (MMA) at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Specialist – Insurance OperationsWe are a product division of Marsh McLennan Companies and develop custom communication platforms inclusive of a custom branded native app, for our clients. The technology was created by in house developers who are passionate about the product. The Product Support Specialist is a core part of our ability to deliver at a high level of precision.The objective of this position is to collaborate with our Client Services team in developing high-quality native apps that the iNGAGED team can confidently deploy. The Support Specialist will be responsible for creating content in our portal for new client apps, as well as updating content in existing client apps.We are seeking an individual who is driven, works well in a team, is diligent, pays close attention to detail, and takes responsibility for their work. It is essential for this person to be proactive and have a keen eye for even the smallest details.We will count on you to:Collaborate with the Client Services Team in managing work requests through ashared excel document.Communicate with Client Services via email.
