It believes the best ideas can come from anyone in the company and is working hard to create an environment where everyone feels empowered to propose solutions to challenges faced.ResponsibilitiesOversight of project lifecycle includes initiation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.Project plans, roadmaps, technical specifications, and timelines are developed and maintained to ensure clear alignment with strategic goals.Projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and maintain highest quality standards and execution efficiency.Regular updates and accurate reports are provided on project status, risks, and progress.Project execution methodologies facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Risks are identified proactively, mitigation strategies are developed, and project scope is managed to prevent creep and keep the team focused on delivery goals.Expectations, communications, and deliverables are coordinated and managed with stakeholders, including leadership and third-party partners.
